- Not acceptable attire: Tops that expose the midriff, beachwear, sleepwear, athletic clothes, anything that is torn or stained

- Please call if you cannot come at your assigned time, even if you are just running a few minutes late. The number is 843.953.8000.
- Respect:
- Please respect the supervisors and our student employees.
- Don't wander away from your assigned tasks. If you need to take a break, please ask a supervisor.
- Cell Phones:
- Use of cell phones while working is not permitted. If you need to make a call or check your messages, please ask for a short break to do so.
- Friends:
- You may run into people you know in the library. Please do not socialize with them during your community service shifts.
- Schedule:
- Once your application has been approved, you will need to set up your schedule with the Community Service Manager. Our regular hours can be found at library.cofc.edu/about/hours-locations. You must schedule your work times on the calendar provided.
- You may work up to 4 hours per day. When creating your schedule, you may split the 4 hours into separate shifts if you desire. If you require more than 4 hours for a shift, you must contact the Community Service Manager.
- We can have no more than two community service workers at one time. If you arrive unscheduled and two other community service workers are already here, you will have to come back at another time.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines could result in removal from the Addlestone Library Community Service Program.
By submitting this application, I agree to adhere to the guidelines and expectations provided above and in the Community Service Program Handbook.
If in the A.E.P. or P.T.I. program, I will bring proper documentation by the second shift.
